Photo by Charles BurkettThe Chagrin Valley Jaycees are once again presenting the Chagrin Blossom Time Balloon Festival as part of its Memorial Day activities. The hot air balloon festival will started today with the "Blossom Glow" where almost a dozen balloons were inflated. Activities will continue over the Memorial Day holiday weekend with balloons being launched and/or landing each day.
This is another great opportunity to take pictures.
